GEICO doesn't know where African Penguins live
One thing that really ticks me off is stupidity and GEICO fits the bill nicely with their latest commercial featuring Dora and some misplaced penguins. The theme of the commercial is bad enough, but to show kids that African Penguins live in Antarctica (not to mention, NO PENGUINS LIVE AT THE SOUTH POLE EVER) is simply misleading and quite the wrong thing to do.
So next time you see this commercial, remember that only Adelie, Chinstrap, and Emperor penguins are confined to the cold as hell continent and Gentoos can live there, but they also can leave and live in the sub-Antarctic islands.
