Four baby penguins are waddling down the runway to their new home one Penguin Island at the San Francisco Zoo Wednesday during the annual March of the Penguins graduation ceremony.
Three girls and one boy successfully completed their behind-the-scenes fish school and are ready to join the largest group of captive Magellanic penguins, including the famed couple Harry and Pepper http://www.sfexaminer.com/local/Zoo-penguin-couple-breaks-up-50421527.html.
Zookeepers will wrap up the ceremony with its traditional naming contest and prepare the chicks for their 2:30 p.m. public debut.
