The chick was born on Sunday and is now settling into life at the birds’ new enclosure Penguins Rock.
On Monday, another chick was born and a third is on its way and could hatch fully by Tuesday night.
It leaves 44 eggs still to hatch at the visitor’s attraction. It is hoped around 25 chicks will survive from the eggs and the season is expected to last until June.
This is the first breeding season since the penguins moved back into their renovated enclosure in March.
