Baby Blue Penguins at Sydney Aquarium

Baby Blue Penguins at Sydney AquariumIt has been reported that after staying away from their parents, three baby blue penguins have finally reunited with the parents in Sydney Aquarium.
It has been informed by the Aquarist Martin Garwood that three baby blue penguins were separated from their parents. They were separated by the aquarium authorities with the pursuits of teaching them as to how to survive in tough world.

The three penguins thus returned to the aquarium include two male penguins and one female penguin. While emphasizing on the need of training the penguins, Mr. Garwood said, "Out in the wild, the natural behaviour of the parents is that, at a certain point, they stop caring for their children. So the chicks instinctively go and feed themselves. We take the chicks away. and get them used to eating in captivity by hand feeding them."

The three baby blue penguins are yet to get names. It has been informed that the three penguins were taken good care while they were in the captivity. Their weight was weighed during the introduction of the programme.
In the coming months, the health of the penguins would be monitored closely. The authorities of the aquarium are overwhelmed with joy on reuniting the penguin family. Soon after meeting their parent, the three baby blue penguins jumped with off the water with joy.

In the Sydney aquarium, there are about 17 penguins. There health is monitored on a monthly basis. With the pursuit of making people contribute in their happiness, the authorities of the aquarium have launched a competition in which participants will suggest best suitable names for the penguins. The best names will then be given to the three baby blue penguins.
