A harp seal smiles for the camera at Iles de la Madeleine in East Canada.
The photos, taken in 2008 but only recently released by Caters News, show an adorable harp seal rolling over and smiling directly at the camera and a colony of emperor penguins posing for a series of family photos.
According to Caters, the 60-year-old photographer has traveled the globe trying to find the perfect picture. Personally, I think he succeeded! What do you think, and which chilly critter do you think is cuter?
